The Fiorenzato AllGround is built for the household that doesn't brew the same way every morning. Espresso on Saturday, Moka pot mid-week, V60 when there's company; it switches between all three from a touchscreen, holds the dialed-in setting per mode, and runs quiet enough for early mornings. Italian-made, flat-burr, and built around a single core idea: one grinder, every brew style, no compromises on consistency.
Why it works
- 64mm flat burrs, not conical. Flat geometry gives a tighter particle distribution, which translates to cleaner, more even extraction across espresso, drip, and immersion methods.
- Dark-T coating rated for five times the life of standard burrs. Titanium, aluminum, carbon, and nitrogen layered over the cutting edges. In Fiorenzato's lab testing, that puts useful life around 1,400 kg of beans before replacement.
- Color-coded touchscreen by brew mode. Red for espresso (single, double, manual), blue for Moka, green for filter. Each mode remembers its own grind time, so switching back doesn't mean re-dialing.
- Engineered for low vibration and noise. The casing is built around the motor mount, not bolted to it. The practical result is a grinder you can run at 5:45 a.m. without waking the rest of the house.

Setup and care notes
The grinds catcher works well for Moka and filter doses; for espresso, dose straight into the portafilter to skip a step. A microfiber cloth keeps the touchscreen clean, and a soft brush handles the burr chamber between deep cleans. The continuous ring-nut adjustment means there are no clicks or stops, so write your favorite settings down somewhere; the grinder won't number them for you.
Who it's for, who it isn't
It fits home brewers running two or three brew methods who are upgrading from a Baratza Encore or Virtuoso class grinder and want flat-burr consistency without stepping into commercial territory. It's not the right pick for a single-method drip-only household; the AllGround's mode-switching value goes underused if you only ever make filter coffee.
