Baratza Forté BG Commercial Coffee Grinder

The Forte BG is Baratza's commercial brew grinder, sized for slow bars, pour-over programs, and any cafe running multiple coffees through the day. For home use, it's overkill on capacity but exactly right if you're brewing for a household, hosting, or running a small office bar where consistency across multiple coffees matters more than counter space.

Setup and care notes

Calibrate the scale before first use. Brush the burr chamber weekly under daily use, monthly under home use. Burrs are designed to last well past 1,500 lbs of coffee under standard cafe conditions.

Who it's for, who it isn't

Right for slow bars, pour-over programs, small cafes rotating coffees through the day, or a home brewer running a serious household coffee bar. Not the right pick for espresso, the BG is purpose-built for filter, and the burr geometry reflects that.
