The Fiorenzato AllGround ProBrew in White with Wood is the warmest finish in the ProBrew lineup, white body paired with wood accents on the dose cradle and ring nut. Filter-dedicated single-dose grinder, 64mm flat burrs, retention measured in tenths of a gram. The version that fits a kitchen running farmhouse, Scandi, or anything with visible wood grain.
Why it works
- Single-dose, not hopper-fed. The ProBrew skips the hopper entirely; you pour the dose into a 50g stainless cup, hit grind, and that's the entire bean path. No stale beans sitting in plastic, no flavor migration between roasts when you switch coffees.
- Retention measured in tenths of a gram. Lab-rated 0.1 to 0.2 g of retained grounds between doses. Single-dosing only matters if the grinder doesn't hold back what you fed it; the ProBrew is one of the few that delivers.
- Burr geometry built for filter, not espresso. 64mm flat Dark-T burrs cut for the wider particle range that filter brewing wants. The grinder isn't trying to be all things; it's optimized for V60, Chemex, drip, AeroPress, and immersion.
- 10-micron grind adjustment per step. The micrometric ring nut moves in 10µm increments, which is the resolution that lets you tweak between a Kenyan and an Ethiopian on the same brew method.

Setup and care notes
Single-dose grinders reward a simple workflow: weigh the beans into the cup, grind, brush the chamber occasionally, repeat. The ProBrew runs cleanest when you give it a quick brush after each grind; the low retention specs assume reasonable upkeep. Because the cup feeds straight into the burrs (no hopper weight), the grind quality holds up across the first dose of the morning and the last dose of the day; nothing settles or compacts.
Who it's for, who it isn't
It fits the filter-coffee specialist who runs multiple coffees through the week and wants each one to taste like itself, not like the last bag. Pour-over, AeroPress, Chemex, drip, and immersion brewers benefit most. It's not the right pick for espresso (the burr geometry isn't tuned for it), and it's overkill for someone running a single-bean drip routine where the standard AllGround does the job for less.
