The Fiorenzato AllGround Sense in Copper with Black is the styling-forward version of the lineup. Warm copper hopper, black body, the kind of grinder that earns counter space on visual merit and delivers on it once you're brewing. Underneath the finish, this is a 64mm flat-burr grinder that doses by weight, not by time, with mode-specific grind memory across espresso, Moka, and filter.

Why it works

  • Built-in scale, no separate weighing step. A load cell sits under the portafilter cradle and measures grounds in real time as they fall. Set 18.0 grams; the grinder shuts off at 18.0 grams. No tare-and-pour, no second device on the counter.
  • 64mm flat burrs, Dark-T coated. Same flat-burr geometry as the standard AllGround for tight particle distribution, but the coating runs heavier; lab-rated for ~3,000 kg of life vs. 1,400 kg on the standard model.
  • Three brew modes, one machine. Espresso (single, double, manual), Moka, and filter; each mode holds its own grind setting and target weight, so switching back doesn't mean re-dialing.
  • Quiet by design. Vibration-dampened housing built around the motor mount, not bolted to it. Runs without rattling the cabinet or waking the rest of the house.

Setup and care notes

The integrated scale is the feature that earns the upgrade over the standard AllGround. Calibrate it with the included weight on first setup, then check it every couple of months by placing a known reference weight on the cradle. The scale reads in tenths of a gram; that resolution is what lets you dial espresso shots to the exact target instead of "close enough." A microfiber cloth keeps the touchscreen clean.

Who it's for, who it isn't

It fits home brewers who weigh shots already, plus anyone running multiple brew methods who wants the dose conversation to start with grams instead of seconds. It's the right pick if you've ever stood there with a grinder in one hand and a phone-stopwatch app in the other. It's not the right pick if you brew the same drink the same way every day; for that, the standard AllGround does the job for less.
