Sette 270Wi Coffee Grinder

The Sette 270Wi is the grinder Baratza built when they bought the rights to the same load-cell technology Acaia put in their scales. Grind-by-weight, 0.1 gram sensitivity, in the same vertical low-retention Sette chassis. For the home espresso brewer who's tired of timer drift, this is the answer.

Setup and care notes

Calibrate the scale on a level surface before first use. Recalibrate if you move the grinder. Loud under heavy load, like all Settes, factor that into placement.

Who it's for, who it isn't

Right for the serious home espresso brewer who wants weight-based dosing without buying a $1,500 single-dose grinder. Not the right pick if you primarily brew filter coffee, in which case a Virtuoso+ or Vario+ makes more sense.
